Cancellation and Booking Policy
At Establishment 57, we understand that schedules can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs while respecting the time of our stylists and other clients. Please read our cancellation and booking policy carefully to ensure clarity and convenience.
Booking Appointments
Appointments can be made easily through our online booking system or by calling the salon directly. We encourage booking in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and stylist.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to other clients. Cancellations or changes made within less than 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service booked.
Late Arrivals
We aim to provide quality service within the time booked. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other bookings, and full charges may still apply.
